Modern technologies such as eMobility require a different approach to active cooling. Put briefly, we offer an active cooling solution based on incorporating pipes for water and/or air as the cooling medium, or we can make geometric adjustments in cases where a product’s geometry provides cooling.
We have knowledge and experience in both techniques so that an optimal result can be achieved. For example, our Shot-Control machines and our own development of tools allow us to cast highly advanced geometries. In this way, applications are conceivable in which heat can be supplied or removed from the casting. The leak-tightness of the product is an important parameter that we take care of with our processes and techniques.

BUVO Castings is an aluminium high-pressure foundry specialized in casting and mechanical processing of products for various applications. In addition, BUVO is involved in the development and production of tools in its own tool shop BUVO Tools.
